Recently I was privileged to watch Amanda and Jim see their wedding photographs for the first time; we got together at the studio where their wedding images were presented. I got to see them sit a little closer, laugh a little, cry a little and even swoon a little. Out of the 170 or so weddings I’ve photographed over the years that interaction never gets old and is always a reminder that this is special work I’m blessed to do. So here are some favorites from the day. Amanda and Jim, blessings and more blessings to you.
Monty - Chris – these are gorgeous. Love the connection on the toasting shot with her leaning on him, beautiful work.
Nick Fancher - Awesome stuff. I love the framing of the portrait with the steel structure. I also love the lighting in the first few. Looks like a film.
Farrah - Beautiful as always. The lighting in a few of these is so cool! And oh how I love that cathedral.
Carl McKinney - Amazing! It’s wonderful you were able to capture Amanda’s classic beauty in such an honest way. The processing feels natural and warm. I’ve never seen anyone use the Canneto sculptures like you’ve used them. SOOO Ill!!!!
